Rental Agreement
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REVIEW AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE VIEW THIS CONTRACT IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR A COMPLETE LIST OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
• This is a rental service, all signs and accessories are the property of Greetings From The Yard.
• Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date. Prices start at $70.00.
• In the event of a damaged or missing sign, the renter is the responsible party for the replacement of the damaged or missing item. You will be billed at $20.00 per item.
• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.
• PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE DISPLAY OR MOVE ANY ITEMS.
• Please do not throw the lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given, these items are the property of Greetings From The Yard, LLC.
• Please make sure that your lawn is mowed prior to the yard display installation. Damage can occur from flying debris from lawn mowers and weed whipping.
• Make sure that all dogs are locked up prior to our arrival. You will be sent a message when we are on our way. Extra fees will be added if we need to return.
• Do not attach balloons to any part of the display.
• Service will include the delivery and set up of your yard card display, including the take down.
• Greetings From The Yard will cover Clinton County Michigan and surrounding areas up to 30 miles. All setups within 20 miles of 48879 are free of charge and included in your rental fee. All setups 20.1 miles and up to 30 miles, in Clinton County and surrounding areas, will have an additional $15.00 fee.
• You are encouraged to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not move any of the display. • Greetings From The Yard, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property and removal of any rental.
• We can not make any guarantees what the design elements and accents will be, as they are based on availability. Every effort will be made to meet your specifications but the design will be made at our discretion.
• Do to trademarks, we are not able to do any licensed pieces.
• If you have an HOA, please make sure that you are able to have the yard sign displayed in your yard.
• Before ordering, please take into consideration of your yard size. Our letters are 20 inches wide by 24 inches in height.
• Please make sure that the area, of lawn, that you want the display is watered within 12 to 24 hours before our arrival. We can not stake in rocks or artificial grass.
• We require that (1) one adult must be home where the display is to be set up and know that we are coming. We do not want to frighten anyone.
Cancellations and Refunds
• If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so within 48 hours of the installation for a FULL refund. If you contact us after the 48 hour window, you will receive a 50% refund or have the choice to reschedule at the next available date.
• Do to inclement weather, high winds, lightning or ice storms, you will receive a FULL refund if we can not set up the display.
• You will not receive a refund if the wrong address is given to us and we could not reach the purchaser or surprised party, the homeowner prevented us from setting up and/or the homeowner had an animal that prevented us from placing up the signs.
